AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE

I had to wait for almost 45 minutes before I could talk to the Customer Service person. Once my turn came, the CS persons sucks. Fake smiles, looked disinterested to serve me. Was making negative comment and dislike face on my decision to not take their offered insurance programs because I already had one. Kept on asking me for my e-mail and home address, while just less than 5 minutes ago he already asked me to write it down on a piece of paper.

It was easy and smooth renting through Easyrentcars. The information provided on the website is also very clear, clean, and straightforward. Easy to navigate and understand.

Car was a huge disappointment. Low windshield wiper fluid at pick up. Asked employee as I was checking out about low fluid, just shrugged her shoulders. Called customer service to complain about the car and low fluid. No help, stated would message rental desk at Dallas airport. Huge waste of my time. Will never rent a car from you again. Last experience was excellent. No customer service.

Called customer service 7 times got platitudes from different people. No resolutions offered. Expected me to drive 3 hours to Phoenix to trade car. And 3 hours back to where I was staying. Automatically offer $50. Off when returning car. NOT HAPPY!!!

Dislike: Even though the car was only about a year old it had quite a lot of dents and scratches but the car was reliable and it drove well and I cant complain about the super low price.

Like: Service good n car was a good car
Dislike: Car was completely covered in dirt, hadn't been cleaned since last person used. Food crumbs and dirt inside the car.
