Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.
Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
