The staff at the rental counter were terrible. They made it seem like you couldn't drive in Florida without a Sunpass and did not have any maps. We later found out that there are very few toll roads that are Sunpass only and we were able to pay for a few tolls with cash. It seemed like a scam. And the check-in took a long time. I will not rent with them again.
I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......
They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy.
I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me.
There is no signage, it is so hard to find.
The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
