I should have checked the reviews first, there is a reason they only have one star. We tried to call from the airport 4 times and it kept saying no one is able to answer your cal. Finally an airport employee told us where to go and said they would be around in about 15 minutes, it was more like 30. The car had electrical problems that didn’t affect us too much but scared us the car may not make it back.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.
The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental.
I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport.
Major ripoff
I called the very next day to your company to complain.
I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you.
I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019.
I then started a dispute with my credit card company.
I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license.
I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will.
Unsatisfied and very dissapointed in your lack of customer service
