poor service and quality of vehicle

We received larger vehicle from lot. Vehicle in poor condition. Brakes rattled, car quickly overheated driving in traffic, car felt as though it was not safe and needed to be serviced badly. When I contacted YESAWAY, they were unable to accommodate us unless we drove the 2.5 hour back to LA. Discussion about what was wrong with the car resulted in customer service agent stating that if something was wrong with the car, it was our fault since we drove it off the lot. Very disappointed in overall quality and service.

The car was in a very good condition, it doesn't have a smell which is what I hate with rental cars. Yesaway has very good deals, didn't spend to much on a 2 weeks rent. Loved the experience, we will come back to them agaim.
