Booking through easyrentcars is good. And the best part is ur booking logic when price goes down.

First after going up to 4th floor a little sign at the counter said go to first floor . Went down to first for to find a huge line with only a few reps at the counter . After a hour in line and not getting close to the counter we gave up did not have 3 hours to wait for a car . Never again wound I consider fox or easy .

Fox said they didn't have my car (Ford Fusion or similar) and that I would have to wait up to three hours. Or I could rent their Ford Fusion Hybrid for an added $10 a day. The vehicle averaged 36 MPG on 90% highway driving, so there wasn't much added value compared to a regular one. Then they lied and said I had to take an additional $11/day for driving over the Golden Gate Bridge just once! That was $77 plus tax for one trip over the bridge! Finally they charged $150 deposit which was supposed to be refunded, but only $60 was credited back. What was supposed to be a 282.66 rental actually cost over $600.

Jeremiah was excellent at counter. Not just with us, but assuring customers behind us it would not belong. car had a lot of dents. Almost all doors and the back door also.

Charged us more than they promised. Poor customer representative at the pick up.

Some functions don’t work (drop price warranty, coupons apply etc), but other then that everything else works smooth, fast and pretty good.

counter staff getting the car was fine. Dropping off the guy was rude and didnt listen to anything I was trying to say.
