Car had not been washed & was not too clean outside with white & yellow paint on the driver's side window rubber. Gas tank only half full. No shuttle available to pick us up from cruise terminal at San Pedro despite it being advertised... Was advised it was not guaranteed if they were busy.

“No cars available!!”

We were not able to collect the car. We arrived to find a queue of people waiting - there were no cars available. We waited several hours before leaving with no car. Hertz were not helpful at all. We will not be using them again.
