Credit card charged £130 with no explanation why
Car not available on pick up , so was given another, which was OK, just took a while to get the paperwork sorted
In the beginning, the customer service staff kept saying that there was no available booked car and tried to ask me to upgrade. After negotiations for a while, I finally got another car in the same class as what I booked.
When I picked up the car, the tire pressures were something wrong. But luckily, the on-site staff helped me to fix it.
