Picking up and dropping off the car at Frankfurt Airport is very convenient. There's a counter in the arrival hall where you can complete payment and then go to the underground parking level 1 to get the car. Returning the car was a bit tricky, however. The navigation led us to the lower levels (B2 and B3) of the parking lot. After driving around and exiting, we asked the security at the exit and found out that the entrance to the rental car parking area on B1 is near the parking exit via a small ramp. It would be great if the navigation could direct us to that ramp directly. When returning the car, three people inspected it thoroughly, showcasing German meticulousness. In contrast, in France, a single person glanced at it and said it was okay.

Great rental experience, good car condition, low prices, convenient procedures

It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had in my life. Enterprise is nothing but a scam company, which they will steal your money from your credit. On the pick up day at the Enterprise reception desk, they had a such an rude attitude and telling me that I had to pay extra 150 euros for coverage fee which i kept insisting that I do not need. I continued to insist that I do not need any sort of insurance for the car, but the lady at the reception talked her way out forcefully and pressuring me to pay for the coverage fee. In addition, they told me that my car would be a brand new Volks Wagen Golf, but when I arrived at the parking spot, my car turned out to be average Ford car covered in dust and dirt. I was extremely upset and furious about this renting experience and I will never rent a car from Enterprise ever again.
