There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

Didn't know that Chinese driver's license couldn't be used because it couldn't be scanned. So frustrating! Wasted a trip.

Overall, the service was quite good.

Like: Spectacular scenery, great weather and friendly people.
Dislike: We wish we could have caught more fish.

Like: Vehicle was very good on gas!
Dislike: Nothing was disargreeable
