El auto estaba en buenas condiciones y bastante limpio
Al revisar la reserva el agente sugirió comprar otro seguro porque el que yo había elegido eera cobertura media y no incluía servicio en el camino y otros detalles, pero no fue muy insistente.
Sólo noté un detalle en la conducción que le hice saber al personal al momento de regresar el coche.

El proceso me gustó, pero encuentro difícil encontrar como obtener una factura fiscal por la renta.
En caso de que no la pueda emitir por su modelo de negocios, creo que no me convendrá para futuras rentas.
Service was quick, but one of the staff said I could return the car with an empty tank after taking it full. I wasn't sure if there was a catch, so I refueled before returning it.
The car rental service was decent, but I have major issues with QEEQ. I had a bad experience on my first time using QEEQ to book a car. I had paid all the fees to QEEQ, but at pickup, the system couldn't find the one-way fee. After a lengthy discussion, QEEQ asked me to pay upfront, saying they would refund me after I return the car. It's been over a week now, and there's been no progress! Why should I have to pay this money? Shouldn't QEEQ cover it? It's not just me, my friend also booked a car, and when they went to pick it up, there were no cars available. We had to rent from another company, and QEEQ didn't refund the fees.

I was told that I needed to purchase additional third party liability insurance (Despite Qeeq including it on my voucher). They said only $750,000 was included, but I needed $3,000,000. When I was given a receipt, it only showed this as a car upgrade. I asked for a receipt, they said all I could be given was what I already had (with no mention of additional insurance). Cost was an additional $188CAD

Qeeq was really great with whatsapp messages and support, especially concerning the additional insurance that I was told I needed by Mex. They provided quick and helpful information.

My car not available during pick up. They upgraded the car to 8 seater SUV which is very convenience for us. The font staff try to upsell insurance. I have bought the full coverage insurance with AXA n insisted not to buy the duplicate insurance from them.
