The rental company is quite formal. Other than not providing the reserved Nissan car, everything was fine, and they didn't push hard on insurance sales. The car return process at 5 AM was also very smooth.

From the airport booth check-in to picking up the car at the main office took a total of 2 hours and 37 minutes. The shuttle speed was acceptable, but we were mainly delayed at the counter for the paperwork and car pickup process. During this time, many employees went home after work, and despite so many customers waiting in line, there was no action from the management (we couldn't even see any managers). The car rental system had issues: the rental contract was printed in a graphic mode that made the lines unclear and the text small and hard to read. The counter staff did not inform me whether the return location was the same as the pickup location, so I had to rely on Google Street View afterward. Later, when exchanging cars, I saw a sign at the entrance indicating to drive another hundred meters west. It's been a week since I returned the car, and I still haven't received the deposit refund. They had me pay for liability again and I spent thrice the amount I reserved the car for. MEX is charging the exchange rate as well for charges made in pesos which is unreasonable when questioned. I had very bad experience with MEX
