Good and necessary

It's okay. It felt like an eternity walking from arrival to the car rental location. The staff's attitude was mediocre late at night. Unfortunately, my flight landed after midnight, and despite email communication with the platform, the Europcar desk first denied receiving any email and then insisted on charging an extra service fee. Honestly, I understand the policy, but as a loyal Europcar customer, I just have to vent a little about this Munich Airport location.

We got a new Audi A4 - an upgrade from what we ordered (Skoda Kodiaq). It took some convincing however, as we were offered a smaller car at first.

Europcar, service was okay. No major issues, but QEEQ was disappointing, no words to describe.

Unjustified charges, no agreement signed and no explanation was given, yet they deducted my credit limit.
