Excellent experience with EUROPCAR and QEEQ.com

The service from QEEQ is top-notch. However, the Frankfurt branch was somewhat disappointing.

They forced us to upgrade the vehicle and overcharged us! How is an Audi A4 an upgrade from a Mercedes B? Ridiculous!

The car model provided is never the one I reserved. I booked an A3 and got an Opel, which was really hard to drive.

We arrived at the store in the morning, and there were only three staff members, resulting in long queues. We waited almost half an hour to get served. When returning the car, we followed the GPS address provided on the rental website, but it was incorrect. Luckily, we drove another kilometer and found the correct drop-off point with English signs; otherwise, we would have wasted a lot of time. We rented a Volkswagen Passat estate, but received a Kia Carens diesel version instead. The car was new, spacious, and quite good overall.

Overall, pretty good. I booked a Touran, but got a Mercedes Viano, a 9-seater van, which was too big. After discussing with the counter staff, they changed it to a Passat wagon. Overall, I'm satisfied.
