Extremely bad. The car I booked was suddenly unavailable without any explanation. They acted very arrogant, as if they didn't care. Avis next door was much better; they had the Suburban we needed available on-site. Never trusting Hertz again, it's terrible.

Hertz were fine. Managed to get the car a day early for just an extra $44 so that was handy!
