Extremely bad. The car I booked was suddenly unavailable without any explanation. They acted very arrogant, as if they didn't care. Avis next door was much better; they had the Suburban we needed available on-site. Never trusting Hertz again, it's terrible.

Excellent service from agent in San Diego.

Worked well, and car from a reputable company. Would not hesitate to use QEEQ.COM again.

There was a bit of upselling, but just decline and it's fine. Both pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The car was in excellent condition and had only 8,000 miles on it.

Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.

The female Customer Service operative I spoke to on 22/04/22 was extremely helpful. She went far beyond what I expected and I am very grateful for the care, attention and dedication she showed. Many thanks.

Hertz were fine. Managed to get the car a day early for just an extra $44 so that was handy!

They were brilliant. QEEQ send you everything you need and there were no issues at all. 10/10.

I had to extend the reservation, qeeq was unable to do this, For 2 days I was unable to reach anyone via phone at the Hertz station, so I had to DRIVE there in order to change the reservation. Very old fashioned, not good service….

The count staff, i didn't get his name but he was very professional and delivered excellent service.

Rate was higher at the counter. However, the manager gave me the rate that Easy Rent Cars quoted.

The staff was unprofessional. They added highway fees, child seat fees, and a second driver fee during pickup. However, the receipt did not include the child seat. Later, when we went to the store, they said we had canceled the highway fee. The experience was very poor. The car's front right side was damaged, and we were not informed. Luckily, we discovered it ourselves, documented it, and it was not blamed on us in the end.
