When returning the car the advice given for dropping off the keys after hour was incorrect. I had to keep the keys of the car and drop them off in my own time the following day. Tank was not fill as stated when picking up the vehicle.

The staff was very friendly and kept suggesting an upgrade. You can negotiate prices too. However, the car was too large to drive comfortably in the UK.

The drop off experience was abysmal. The location was closed for our planned drop off time and nobody communicated anything to us. There was no drop box available as the business park was locked. We then called customer service who was unhelpful and proceeded to put us on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up on me. We decided to take the car to Luton airport as it was the nearest open location. The young man at reception was helpful, but I was already fuming about the additional time and stress we had to go through to drop off the car.
