Staff were friendly efficient and thorough, over all an excellent team you have there, I have already sent you two more clients and will be tell many more through the course of my travels,.I was slightly annoyed that the petrol wasn't full as promised, however I did ensure it was full when I returned it. (if there was to be one complaint that would be it)

No experience with price drop etc, I was happy with the price I paid.
Overall service is excellent. We have rented from East Coast several times. The staff is very professional and has a great attitude. They pick us up at the airport.
Language barrier! Forced to buy insurance, why didn't the rental company notify me in advance? Then they didn't help when I had to go back to cancel it, who is responsible for the inconvenience caused! I will never use this rental app again.
This is a small local Australian company, but they offer professional service.
