Pretty good, the pickup process was fast. However, the car had a lot of scratches and dents already. It's necessary to inspect carefully and point out each one to the staff and take photos, which is quite troublesome. The staff were busy and didn't have time to photograph all the scratches, so you have to record them yourself.

Staff were friendly efficient and thorough, over all an excellent team you have there, I have already sent you two more clients and will be tell many more through the course of my travels,.I was slightly annoyed that the petrol wasn't full as promised, however I did ensure it was full when I returned it. (if there was to be one complaint that would be it)

No experience with price drop etc, I was happy with the price I paid.

I hit a wombat and the process to ensure the car was still safe to drive was efficient.

The Price Drop Protector did not come into play.
