The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.
The queue was very slow, it took almost an hour. There were few staff and they processed things slowly. They also try to sell additional insurance. Make sure to thoroughly check the car’s condition, or there might be problems when returning it.
