I was really surprised people was not friendly at the location when I was brought to
And I was forced to stay more than ours to get the price which I was getting from the website I was told did the website for the problems and they cannot match the price
Finally after 1 hour when supervisor shows up he said he will be able to match the price and we was able to leave
1. waiting time at counter 40 minutes. much too long.
2. first vehicle handed to me had cruise control broken. I found out after 15 minutes in the car and returned the car. I was given angoss replacement car.
3. Staff at gate was rude.
Staff was very friendly but I was charged $111.00 fuel surcharge and now I'm waiting for a credit. Make sure you read your receipt before you leave counter. Just in case.
