The car’s exterior looked quite new and the staff was very friendly. There was some incorrect information when we left, but the staff quickly resolved it.

The queue took a while, but there were plenty of counters.

Overall, QEEQ is very good, but the service of the local car rental company in the US is not satisfactory.

The return process was very rough, and I was overcharged. There was a quarter tank of gas left, but they charged me for a full tank. They pre-charged for the tolls, then didn't check at the return and just took the full amount, over 100 dollars. I had to go to the counter to cancel it.

I was given the opportunity to pick which ever car I wanted in the car park so I got an upgraded model which was great
