Because I picked up the car two hours earlier, I had to upgrade and pay an extra 200 euros, and the insurance cost another 200 euros. Plus, the person who received the car when I returned it had a bad attitude. It was not a very pleasant car rental experience.

Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.

They did not have the car despite me being there on time. The inspection was a fraud, attempting to attribute issues that weren’t real or within normal course of wear/tear of rental cars. No wonder they have a 1-star rating!
