The service was very considerate. I had the wrong pickup location, and they helped me change it to a nearby spot.

Picking up the car was convenient, but we got a Nissan instead of the booked Mercedes. The Munich airport branch was hard to find; the GPS was not accurate. We nearly missed our flight while trying to get the correct coordinates with someone's help.

The car rental location is inside the train station, and all the rental companies are together. It's very fast! There is a lounge downstairs to store luggage. To pick up the car, you need to go to the above-ground parking lot across the street. The staff will give you a map, it's pretty easy to find. Take the elevator up, and the elevator has a password, which is on the parking ticket given by the staff.

Yes car was beyond expectations. Staff was helpfull and prompt in service. Hassle free pickup and drop off.
