The rental company staff questioned why I wrote that, and I said that's what I believe to be true. She told me in my face that she didn't need the paper and crumpled it up before throwing it in the trash. Additionally, I received a 5-seater Tiguan, which is not listed among the vehicle options provided. Please check if the Volkswagen Tiguan 5-seater falls within the type I rented, because I believe it is not in the same category as the BMW X5. I formally lodge a complaint with Zuzuche against this rental company. Please investigate.

The rental desk is located on the underground level of the airport. The process is very quick.

The staff's Italian-English is indeed hard to understand, but fortunately, I was already familiar with the car rental process beforehand. Compared to other major car rental companies, this store had fewer customers, so the waiting time was shorter.
