We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country.
The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire.
The brakes on the car were quite poor as well.
Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.
When we arrived to pick up the car the price was $60.00 more that what EasyRentCars said it would be plus there were more taxes on top of the 60 more dollars I will not trust what I see anymore.
Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.
Had to wait about 10 minutes at MCO for the airport, and once we got to Routes it was another 10 minute wait, then I was on my way. Got a free upgrade. For the price I paid the overall experience was great.

The service was terrible. Agent made it extremely difficult for me even though I had rented with them previously. The paperwork provided stated I received a full tank of gas when in reality it was it was nearly empty when I received it. There was damage on the vehicle that the agent glossed over and attempted to not list. I was required to call my insurance company directly even though I was able to provide proof of full coverage that was required. I felt as if I was discriminated against and felt like they did everything within their power to up charge me or get me to cancel. For the second time I was informed the vehicle I reserved was not available and literally gave me the exact same story the previous rep told me as if it was scripted. I will be sure to let everyone know of my experience.
