Counter staff was exceptionally helpful, polite and gave advice about travel insurance. Will definitely use Europcar in the future.

Easy to purchase online, all insurance sorted too so made the whole booking process seamless and took the strain out of knowing whether we were being sold more insurance than we needed.
Pickup and drop-off were very fast.
But there were some issues:
-I booked an automatic, but received a manual.
-The picture showed space for two large suitcases, but even a small one barely fit.
-Shifting to a certain gear was very difficult.
-The car struggled uphill.
Europcar service desk staff were fantastic. Really helpful.

Platform was excellent. Just one email from QEEQ "suggesting" there might have been charges to travel to Italy. As I have done this many times I know that no fees are applicable and asked QEEQ to clarify. They came back within 48hrs with conformation of no extra fees.

The car was perfect. The only problem was I was not notified on the requirement for 3k euro deposit Per card (2 cards required) during collection. But luckily enough I have 2 credit cards during that time. The rest was all good.
