Good booking experience with QEEQ but bad experience from the on-site counter staff..

Counter staff sold me misrepresented insurance.. told me I don’t have insurance for scratches and my collision insurance doesn’t cover for it.. when I receive my receipt.. it’s for premium road side assistance.. I decline to make payment for it and will lodge complaint against it.

there is no full insurance coverage option, and hence needs to get extra coverage from them. Recommendation on fasttrak option by mentioning about high admin charge to mislead customer, as in california, there is not many toll roads and most can take cash.

Dislike: At first I was a Hyundai car park and when I arrived I paid an increase of the Camaro for about $ 1200 and then the car was convoluted because of its small size and I booked a Jeep Wrangler and paid $ 900, the total payment was $ 2100! Knowing that the reservation of the Camaro was canceled but the money was not returned in my account
