Due to the poor communication and rude attitude of the rental company, I terminated the service agreement. Thanks to the persistent efforts of colleagues from the rental service, we finally succeeded in getting compensation. The rental company's behavior was malicious, and their service before, during, and after the rental was very irresponsible and rude. I give them a bad review. When we returned car the staff at the car rental company said the car has a little scratch that even can't be seen it. They were trying to make us to pay for this damage and finally we found this scratch in the photo that we took before. we fought with this guy in a hour and almost missed flight. Al momento de la recogida todo medianamente bien pero nos hacen pagar un seguro (porque sino, no nos dan el coche aún llevando contratado otro seguro con antelación) y este seguro no te cubre nada!.
