I was expecting to rent a Mercedes Vito but I was disappointed when we were given a Renault minibus not what I had paid for. And the van was not in great condition.
The shuttle came right as we were getting to the pick up location and it was a short drive and easy check in process. We added a day last minute and then didn’t need it but still had to pay (understandable but wish they would have made that clear when we added on). Return was quick and easy as well.

the car was perfect for the two of us, we were pleased with it for a small car very comfortable, it was not clean inside or out, apart from that happy with the car, the only issue I have is the drop off was not clear on my booking papers it said drop off at airport the shuttle driver said to park the car at car park 1 and pointed out where to park, it was not clear on papers from rental desk where to return car it gave a map of location but no return details, this needs to be made clearer, we would use this company again.

Had booked full to full and were told to bring back at same level as if a difference, would be charged a high amount - petrol station across the road!!!!
Very high excess charge out with hours - 8pm 35 euros.
On checking in, very unfriendly and unhelpful. Would have been nice to see a smile and shown how to operate the car.
On the plus side -automatic and a hybrid!
The car was old and in poor condition. The Full/Full agreement was not honoured even though i was able to produce the paperwork. On pick up the counter staff were abrupt and unhelpful. The car had several dings and dents that were not recorded which is not good. There was no Air conditioning in the car. On drop off they were such more helpful but it did take a long time
