Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.
Shuttle didnt arrive at airport, they would not answer phone, they would not reimburse for taxi fare, several hidden fees, unpleasant service and staff. Will never use Routes again.
At the time of my arrival there were too many people and only one customer service representative. Due to the fact that one of the customer took a lot of time to make a decission the whole line of people was waiting for too long. If you book a car in advance the whole process should be organized faster and easier. But when Junior came everything started to move faster.
Like: Was very easy and smooth transaction. Dislike: That i couldn't stay in it longer.
