Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

About Routes: 6.7 /10
The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

Routes? Who is Routes? They were no shows at the airport and couldn't be reached by phone (and somehow expected me to pay for the booking regardless!). Scam artists
