Good experience after they have upgraded my car

This time I rented a car from BUDGET, and compared to others, they asked more detailed questions and the registration process was more comprehensive. There was even a staff member providing instructions beside the actual vehicle. Overall, very satisfied.

Paying for a Grand Cherokee but getting a Wrangler. No matter how much you argue, the company will just tell you it's the same vehicle group. In reality, I didn't see any Grand Cherokees at this store, only Wranglers. Plus, the staff were not friendly at all. We saw another customer complaining when we picked up the car. The waiting time is generally 30-40 minutes.

Please consider doing a 24/7 service

I wanted a jeep Cherokee. But they dint have any and "upgraded" me to a Dodge ram 5000. Which I didnt want because I spent over a 100 dollars on gas for such a large vehicle with only me as a passenger. The other option they had was to take a small sedan, but they won't refund the money for the larger booking I did. Since I didnt want to degrade, I took the ram. It was helpful because it snowed and I had a very safe drive. But the jeep would have been d same and I would have saved some money on fuel.

Easy rent cars were brilliant.

I spent almost 2 hours at the pick up store. The process to get a car form Routes is so so lengthy and paper based and tiring that in that same time I could file my papers and start running for the Premier of Ontario. I mean its just crazy long process - location is short staffed as well. I still gave 4 star rating just because the person at the counter was courteous though also already frustrated with that kind of paperwork. I could actually see their coffee cup filled and cold - their management has to do something about this crappy situation. There were abt 6 people ahead of me in the queue and still I spent abt 2 hours picking the car.
