I encountered a contract scam with the company and am currently appealing. It was a very unpleasant experience. How can the rental platform allow such a fraudulent company to exist?
We didn't pick up the car on the same day, but the rental company provided a shuttle bus to the store. However, the customer service attitude was average and their instructions were not very clear.
The staff were very friendly, there were a lot of people in line to pick up the car, but the process was quick.
