“Excellent car!! Budget gave us a GMC Yukon, which turned out to be an excellent choice!!”

The car was really good, with lots of space and electric. The drop off was easy, since they offered to take us to the airport on the vehicule for an extra 35 USD that were totally worth it!!

It worked fine, and I just got a little more charged, since I asked for the prepaid fuel.

“Had to argue to get what we had paid for”

We booked a Ford focus or similar to fit two suitcase in. Budget tried to give us a Ford fiesta claiming it was the same thing and sell us an upgrade. They ended up giving us a Kia sol. When the bags didn't fit the persons handing over the car was very unhelpful and walked off after putting the seats down and throwing the bags in saying it was fine as there were only two of us. We went back into the office and and spoke to a different person who sorted us a car with a big enough boot to fit 2 bags in out of sight.

The time spent waiting to get served at the Budget desk in Orlando International Airport was ridiculous. There were only 3 staff on duty and they spent a long time trying to sell add ons and extras to the customers instead of trying to keep the waiting time down. The car could have been cleaner and there was some slight damage on the car that made me nervous that they might try to charge me for it as nobody comes with you to get the car.
