It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad.
One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.
My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.
Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.
Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me.
A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal.
There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.
