This car rental company is suspected of insurance fraud. When we picked up the car, it had a broken light which we asked them to note down, but they didn't. We took a photo, and when returning the car, they immediately took a picture, implying that we damaged it. Then they insisted that we scratched the wheel rim. Friends, be vigilant when checking the car. The car rental services at Lang Man Airport have gone bad. Returning the car costs 5000 Baht, we almost missed our flight because of this troublesome process. This rental company was decent before March this year, but now they're just about collecting fines and money.
Fast pick-up and car exchange process. They didn't say anything even though I was slightly late returning the car. However, I couldn't find a gas station at the airport and returned the car with a 5/4 fuel level, resulting in an $800 charge.
Good
1. I book Toyota Yaris, but get the sedan car Honda City.
Bad
1. The Honda City dont have reverse sensor.
2. Language barrier between me and counter staff. Counter staff fail to give information about third party liability insurance that very important when drive in Thailand.
3.During drop off car, the parking lot for Chic Car Rent was full (have a 3 parking lot), no one staff assist me during that time, I should park my car on side of road and interrupting traffic to find a staff.
