Leading car rental platform at great value.

Overall, the service was quite good.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

I had rented from Enterprise earlier also. But last couple of times the quality of cars was bad. Not look wise but engine condition and driving pleasure wise.

Very happy with the app.

Like: My trip went very smooth from picking up the car to dropping it off.
Dislike: Maybe the car could have gotten a little better mileage.

Like: wonderful experience , would visit same location again
