“I was misinformed about the downgrade intecieved. Charged for an upgrade on a lower class vehicle”

I called customer service within 2 hours of getting rental and never got any resolution what so ever. A manager never contacted me back. I also went all the way back to LAX the next day,a 2 hour drive to fix the problem with no results.
