The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
Pick up staff member very unhelpful and difficult to understand her strong Hispanic accent.
Was not at all understanding when we asked her to repeat and explain the toll procedures!
