The vendor was amazing but information from QEEQ needs to be better

When renting, they greeted us with a smile and said they could help with any issues. However, when a problem actually arose, they said they do not provide that service and charged an additional service fee starting from 100 euros.

Their attitude was great, they helped me with my luggage, and I even gave them a tip, haha.

The process is quite simple, and handling accidents doesn't take too long.

Very satisfied. They offer a free second driver, have a warm and personable attitude, and are easy to communicate with. The vehicles are mostly economy class. The owner is a young Hungarian entrepreneur who is very considerate of his customers.

The service from the staff was excellent. We had six checked bags, two carry-ons, and two backpacks. The staff helped us load them into the rental car and also assisted with unloading them when we returned the car, even taking them to the shuttle back to the airport. It's a good idea to have some small gifts or cash for tips ready.
