Although she made some valid points, I explained that I had already bought travel insurance including additional liability coverage back in China. However, she kept insisting, which was really annoying and unpleasant.

The staff were very experienced, but they added insurance to the order without specifically informing me during the rental process. Since I didn't notice the final price, I was unknowingly charged dozens of dollars for insurance, even though I had already purchased full coverage on QEEQ.
