They took a $200 deposit from me without mentioning when it would be refunded. My friend rented from the same company and wasn’t charged a deposit, so it felt unfair.
Rented the car early in the morning. There were three groups at the office but no waiting was necessary, the process was very smooth. Original driver's license and its translation are sufficient. A kind and patient elderly gentleman assisted us, and the entire process from rental to picking up the car took less than 20 minutes. Very efficient!
I booked a [Mid-sized SUV] Nissan Qashqai or a similar model, but received an [SUV] Hyundai ix35 instead. That’s not fair. At the time, I was focused on picking up the car and didn’t think much about it. After checking, I found a significant price difference. I request compensation for the price difference.
