Both pick-up and drop-off were very easy, and the provided vehicle had good cost performance. Compared to renting and returning cars domestically, mutual trust is the most cost-effective way to transact. Thumbs up.

The staff was very diligent and efficient. Seeing a lot of people, someone from the neighboring counter proactively came to help. The procedures were not too complicated, but it's still good to know a little English.

Would not use again. 45 minute wait plus then giving me a car that wasn’t anywhere close to a Nissan Maxima as advertised. Was told that it’s in the terms and conditions and despite arguing the merits of a Dodge Charger vs a maxima they were unmoved. Will not use again. Car was not fully clean on outside and had barely been cleaned in inside. Inside had footmarks all across the doors from previous hire
