Renting a car was very convenient, and the Auckland airport branch opens very early! Returning the car was even easier! We haven't received the bill yet and don't know if there are any charges.
We started queuing at around 6 PM local time and there were only 4 people ahead of us. We didn't get our keys until 8:30. The efficiency is incredibly poor, with each pickup taking about 30 minutes on average. Just one person at the counter, and phone calls and returns also affect the efficiency.
Big company, prominently located at the airport, very convenient.
