Store fraud, extremely dissatisfied, strong complaint. Despite my clear statement that I did not want any additional insurance or services, the front desk still deceived me, saying no extra charges or fees were added, but issued a rental receipt of $316.18, which only had a few abbreviations. When I asked why the amount did not match what I had prepaid to QEEQ, the front desk lied, saying they hadn't received the reconciliation from QEEQ yet and that this was just an estimated cost, to be settled with QEEQ later. After returning the car, $316.18 was directly charged to my credit card, effectively doubling my rental cost. I complained to QEEQ and after a long inquiry, they reluctantly admitted that this included various additional insurances and even extra fuel. Since my return during last year's National Day holiday and communicating with QEEQ until now, the fraudulent insurance charges have still not been refunded! Rest assured, I will pursue this to the end.
