Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, Bern. A simple five-day trip enjoying the unique landscapes of Switzerl

I booked the car a month in advance, but when I went to pick it up, I was told that there were no Golf or similar cars available and that I needed to upgrade. After upgrading, I got a Polo, which made me seriously suspect that this was a malicious charge (there were cars available, but they told me otherwise to charge an extra fee for an upgrade, and it was actually the same car).

Return instructions was a little unclear. Charging instructions could have been added as we never drove had an electric car before.

Too much about this diamond tier at the booking stage, confuses the whole process.

Car was not the one I wanted or near the similar one and they refused to help me about the car. They gave no option to us. I dont to rent from this office. Terrible employees. Even they move you another person and other person says that first person had to do it. Employees must be changed for better customer experience.

We were very pleased with the upgrade.

Easyrent was a pleasant surprise. I think I saved a few $.

Car was good. We had to wait for long for pickup. More than an hour.
