Waited ages for the car in a huge line.
When we got the keys it was a 5 minute walk in torrential rain to pick up the car.
Other car rentals had a bus to take them there and back.
On the way back there was a bus to take us back to the terminal which was appreciated.

The only thing was the international driving permit, it wasn't needed for Canadian licences.

I saw some rental agencies put stickers to previous damages to clearly mark what is known to the agency. I would very much appreciate if Budget did the same.
