Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

The car size I reserved was not available and I had no choice but to be "upgraded " to a much larger vehicle. It was extremely difficult for my 86 year old mother to get in and out of the larger vehicle that I didn't want in the first place. Also the vehicle only had 1/2 a tank of gas. And when I called to determine if I should bring it back with 1/2 a tank I was told to look at the contract which showed a full tank, so I was cheated out of 40 dollars in gas. I told the drop off employee who tried but couldn't refund the 40 dollars because the rental was prepaid. I pretty irritated about that. Also was told that every toll booth I paid cash had to be documented with time an date and amount paid so I could prove I paid the tolls in case the rental company tried to charge me for skipping tolls because I didn't buy their over priced Eazy pass.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.
