The car we received was quite different from the one we reserved. Can Zuzuche coordinate a refund for the price difference?

Overall it's alright, but I still haven’t received the invoice. I've rented cars in Europe dozens of times and this is the first time it has been delayed this long.

I went there early in the morning and got the car after waiting for two groups.

There were four adults and five suitcases. Initially, we booked a Mercedes C-Class wagon, but Europcar provided an Audi A4 wagon instead. We were concerned that the A4's trunk wouldn't fit all our luggage. After some persuasion from the staff, we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Jaguar XF wagon. The staff were very polite and did not pressure us into upgrading. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the company's service this time.

I rented the car at Frankfurt Airport. The rental station was large and well-organized, with all the major companies together. Car rentals are very developed here.
