This caused issues as the rental store couldn't process the card, leading to inconvenience. I suggest they implement multiple methods like pre-authorization prompting chip card insertion or using Alipay QR codes for verification.

Both the pick-up and drop-off processes were smooth and convenient. Excellent service.
