After negotiating with another staff member, they finally switched it to a Nissan Pathfinder, but I had to wait another half hour to get the car. From standing in line to getting the car, it took over two hours and multiple negotiations. The experience was very poor. However, the car was in good condition, having been driven only 10,000 kilometers when I picked it up.

The car was in good condition, and the rental process was clear.
